Role Overview

The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office, supporting our teams, and optimizing our processes to deliver exceptional service to clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of our mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration:
    • Manage daily office operations, supplies, and facility maintenance.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain office functionality.
  • Team Support:
    • Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
    • Organize team meetings, training sessions, and internal events.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for team support needs.
  • Client Coordination:
    • Facilitate communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Support education and recruitment consultants with documentation and scheduling.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and implement best practices.
    • Manage budgets, invoices, and financial documentation for office-related expenses.
  • Marketing and Communication Assistance:
    • Support the marketing team with event planning, client meetings, and campaigns.
    • Ensure the office environment reflects a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with the education consultancy or recruitment industry is advantageous.
  • Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
